Plan Your Check-In

You must sign the boarding waiver and power of attorney for every new booking. Reviewing these documents at home before arrival helps make check-in quicker and smoother for you and your cat(s).

Sign Waiver

Make sure your cat's current vaccination records have been uploaded, emailed or added to their online profile before arrival. We require vaccinations against FVRCP, FeLV, and Rabies for outdoor cats.

Bring enough food for the entire stay, plus a little extra, along with treats or familiar items your cat enjoys. Add feeding and medication instructions to your online profile or bring them clearly written on paper so our staff can add them to your cat's file.

A familiar blanket or scented comfort item is welcome. Corded feeders, fountains and cameras cannot be accepted.

We recommend downloading the app before arrival. If the app was previously configured on this device, delete the old configuration or reinstall the app.

You will receive setup instructions during your arrival from our staff.
